Position : Executive Director, Strategy & Operations, Worldwide Hematology Location : Summit, NJ Hiring Manager : SVP, Worldwide Hematology Position Summary The Executive Director, Strategy & Operations, Worldwide Hematology (“WW Heme”) will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Hematology franchise. This role will have responsibility for strategic and operational analysis to support execution across Hematology brands and assets of 5 NME launches, as well as leading large projects to impact the function and business. Responsible for driving integration efforts and execution of key WW Heme processes, such as franchise and brand strategy planning and budgeting, as well as driving WW Heme leadership decision-making and reporting to Senior Leadership. Roles and Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to support WW Heme strategic goals, develop operational excellence, and execute WW Heme processes including supporting launch of 5 NMEs. Lead operational model evolution and change management, including on-going integration activities. Develop WW Heme capability best practices and tools, including improving utilization of existing functional capabilities. Develop reports for Senior Leadership to drive effective decision-making. Support WW Heme communication platform, including development of communication channels and strategic and tactical communication cascades. Act as key contact for WW Heme leadership and leadership across hematology for development and execution of cross-functional initiatives. Requirements

BA/BS required; MBA/graduate degree preferred. 10 years broad industry experience in operations and strategic roles. Experience within hematology/CAR T is a plus.
