Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the complex HEOR access landscape to differentiate the Opdivo brand in the PD-1/PDL1 class. Utilize advanced HEOR methods to combine the Opdivo and Yervoy brands into existing and new lines of therapy to ensure that BMS continues to build a leadership position in the solid tumor franchise for multiple indications. Design innovative HEOR content to meet the US launch requirements for four late-stage assets. Innovate on behalf of lung cancer patients, by addressing key HEOR data gaps that will facilitate market access for Opdivo and Yervoy in combination. Leverage the RWE, Predictive Modeling, and PRO capabilities to create innovative access value messaging that results in HEOR promotional and reactive content. Maintain excellent working relationships with matrix team partners: VAP, Brand, Medical, and Enabling Capabilities. Recruit, develop, and retain the best HEOR talent in the industry by exemplifying and reinforcing the six BMS Behaviors of Integrity, Inclusion, Innovation, Urgency, Passion, and Accountability. Requirements: Doctoral degree, PhD in HPM, Economics, Pharmacy Administration preferred. At least 10 years of experience directly within the pharmaceutical industry leading HEOR teams. Proven ability to create a strong team culture that exemplifies the 6 BMS Behaviors. Global and national-specific expertise in health outcomes addressing formal and informal market access barriers for pharmaceutical market entry.
