Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an AP Specialist in the Legal industry, located in Dallas, Texas. The chosen candidate will be expected to process customer credit applications, maintain accurate customer records, and resolve customer inquiries, among other responsibilities. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth running of our accounts payable operations.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Elite 3E software and various other vendor websites for executing accounts payable duties.
- Review, reconcile, and process employee expense reimbursement using Chrome River with utmost accuracy.
- Maintain open communication with vendors to resolve any issues.
- Engage professionally with attorneys and support staff.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle a high volume of invoices and inquiries each month.
- Ensure strict confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with special projects as and when needed.
- Attend in-house training sessions on computer software and applications.
- Perform administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, scanning, and responding to emails as necessary. Requirements - Familiarity with Account Coding techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Knowledge in using Concur for expense management
- Understanding of ERP Solutions and their application in financial management
- Ability to handle Accounting Functions with accuracy and efficiency
- Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience in conducting Auditing procedures
- Capable of handling Billing Functions effectively and accurately
