Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and market trends affecting capital markets transactions. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to waive in. 4-6 years of experience practicing law with a focus on capital markets transactions. Proven track record of handling complex securities offerings and related regulatory matters. Strong understanding of securities laws and regulations, including the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
