Systems Administrator

to join our IT organization at our Corporate Headquarters in Duncan, SC.After gaining knowledge of our environment, there is the opportunity for this position to work under our Hybrid schedule working both in the office and remotely.

The Systems Administrator will support and maintain global IT infrastructure, including Azure cloud infrastructure, VMware, Citrix, and Active Directory. Ensures the reliability and performance of IT systems while addressing technical issues, optimizing system performance, supporting business operations, and maintaining tickets through ServiceNow, with strong troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and storage solutions in an on-premises and Azure, AWS cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve server, software, and storage issues, escalating to senior team members or vendors as needed. Respond to help desk tickets and user support requests, providing resolutions for technical problems. Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups. Monitor system performance and maintain infrastructure health to prevent downtime. Participate in small to medium-scale infrastructure projects and execute assigned tasks. Document standard operating procedures, processes, and system configurations. Ensure compliance with established IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtual environments (e.g., VMware and Hyper-V). Qualifications

Associates degree preferred 5 or more years in Information technology Working knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, Networking, and Security Independent-thinker and self-starter, who can work within a team environment Be detail-oriented and produce good documentation Excellent written and verbal communication Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and vendors. Experience as a team lead Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft server and client operating systems (Server OS: 2012R2-Current; Client OS: Windows 7 - Current) Active Directory infrastructure and dependent services Azure Active Directory:AD Connect, SSO, MFA Microsoft M365/EMS Suite Azure Cloud Services SAN and NAS technologies and concepts, NetApp experience preferred VMware:ESX and vCenter Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (On-Premise and Cloud) Solid understanding of: Networking concepts and protocols in an enterprise environment Data protection concepts and software in an enterprise environment Scripting:Powershell, VBscript, and bat Personal Qualities
