AREA DIRECTOR OF REVENUE STRATEGY Reports to: General Manager, position is exempt

As the Area Director of Revenue Management, you will be at the helm of these stories, driving collaboration and innovation. You will analyze competitive pricing trends and spearhead revenue optimization initiatives, all while championing our commitment to translocal hospitality.
POSITION: AREA DIRECTOR OF REVENUE STRATEGY
REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGERS WITH DOTTED LINE TO VP OF REVENUE STRATEGY
PROPERTY(S): 3-4 HOTELS, MARKETS TBD BASED ON EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS As the Area Director of Revenue Strategy, you will lead and coordinate revenue management strategies for all hotels in your assigned cities. You will deliver critical insights into company-wide decisions impacting pricing, occupancy, and revenue objectives.
ONGOING + EVERYDAY TASKS
Provide revenue management support to assigned regional hotels.
Configure and oversee key systems: revenue management system, central reservation system, etc.
Develop and adjust pricing strategies to achieve or exceed monthly RevPAR index goals.
Conduct forecasting and prepare the annual budget.
Analyze competitive pricing trends to ensure market leadership.
Educate hotels on revenue management best practices.
Manage strategy and performance of all third-party distribution partners.
THE ANALYTICAL SIDE
Utilize Aparium's systems to implement effective selling strategies across all distribution channels.
Evaluate and recommend strategies to improve group sales.
Analyze market demand using various reports.
Monitor and refine rate and inventory management strategies.
Compile weekly and monthly reporting packages.
QUALIFICATIONS OR SKILLS:
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.
Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000
