Position Overview :

We are seeking a

Regional Vice President

to join our team! The Regional Vice President is responsible for all construction projects contracted to American Thermal Systems, Inc. in their region. This role leads all Project Managers, Site Superintendents, Field Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and other office staff in their regional office. The purpose of this position is to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently, deadlines are met, budgets are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with developing and leading the adopted regional strategy, vision, and business plans; assist in replicating operations models for other regions. Oversee projects from sales to construction, ensuring completion within safety, budget, and timeline requirements. Collaborate as part of the Executive Leadership Team to achieve company goals. Oversee business development efforts, including maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and attending industry events. Supervise construction operations and staff, ensuring optimal workforce utilization and gross margin projections. Mentor and develop team members, fostering long-term organizational growth. Manage preconstruction activities, including cost analysis, risk assessments, and project transitions. Ensure compliance with safety, accounting, and payroll policies. Host job cost meetings, monitor project budgets, and approve invoices, pay applications, and close-out documents. Conduct AVL management and COI audits quarterly; perform other duties to support business operations. Qualifications:

Four-year degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or other related field preferred, will accept years of experience in lieu of degree 10-15 years of ground up Commercial Construction Management experience with budgeting, scheduling and planning required 5-10 years of experience in a similar in the food and beverage industry Design/build experience preferred Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Ability to travel as needed to conduct site visits and oversee ongoing projects
