We are currently looking for a Managing Regional Vice President for Century 21 Real Estate LLC within the Realogy Franchise Group. The successful candidate will manage and lead their regionally based sales team to drive increased market share.

Your Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Establish accountability and build capability of your sales team in a dynamic sales market.
- Consultative: Identify, cultivate, manage, and track conversion franchise and M&A opportunities.
- Coach: Inspire, motivate & coach a team to success.
- Self-Motivated: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to move fast.
- Collaborator: Align with brand and Realogy strategy to drive growth.
- Oversight: Ensure compliance with and review of the franchise application process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of inside and/or outside sales experience.
- Communications: Effective communication to motivate and influence.
- Business Acumen: Working knowledge of complex real estate operations.
- Computer Skills: Basic understanding of Sales CRM systems and MS Office.
- Other: Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Approximately 75% travel. Must reside close to a major airport.
