The Information Technology Division (ITD) provides timely and cost-effective information technology services to the Health Care Authority (HCA), its programs, divisions, and offices. This support enables the department to fulfill the mission of the HCA in an efficient and responsive manner, and ensures the HCA gains full benefit from its current and future investments in technology. The IT Management Analyst - II will:
Act as the HR Liaison for the ITD; Work within the Administrative and Operations Bureau for the ITD and will help with the recruitment of staff along with other administrative duties. How does it get done?
The IT Management Analyst - II is responsible for:
Processing all recruitments, new hires and maintaining employee logs; Placing supply orders for the Division, tracking the Division's fleet leases and the Sharp copier machine lease, as well as any reporting that needs to be done in regard to the Division's leased property; Maintaining the vehicle check out and return log for the Division's state vehicles, reporting mileage and maintenance required/done to the vehicles and; Order office supplies (as needed), and assist the CIO with administrative assignments when required. Who are the customers?
The Health Care Authority (HCA) and ITD staff and clients. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has:
Strong communication skills, experience in human resources, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Minimum Qualification
Associates degree and two (2) years of experience in the procedures of business and management principles involved in strategic planning. Substitutions Apply. See Substitution Table below.

•If Minimum Qualification requires a specific number of "semester hours" in a field (e.g. 6 semester hours in Accounting), applicants MUST have those semester hours in order to meet the minimum qualifications. No substitutions apply for semester hours.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Must obtain a Defensive Driving Certificate.
Employment is subject to a pre-employment criminal background investigation and is conditional pending results.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT), extensive personal computer and phone usage.
This position may require travel, and may occasionally work extra hours, on weekends and holidays.
