About the role: The Senior Product Manager, Capital Service & Business Model Execution will lead the marketing efforts and assist in the development and execution of our business model changes across the Urology portfolio. Additionally, the role will help create new and scalable business models to optimize product launches and contribute to the development of new capital service offerings. The position provides an experienced marketer an opportunity to shape the strategic direction for service strategy for a division that has a large and growing capital portfolio. This role will require close collaboration with multiple functions and global colleagues, as well as a good understanding of customer needs and processes, to be successful. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include: Advances service strategies to support Urology capital portfolio, including value proposition development and contract definition and pricing direction. Develops new business models, considering customer needs and product capabilities, that drive profitable revenue streams - i.e., subscription-based revenue models, modular product designs with upgrade capabilities, etc. Supports the development of new product capabilities that differentiate our products from competitors and drive customer value. Scans the environment for new approaches, blending different ideas to come up with creative yet effective solutions. Drives forecasts for service products and new business models and evaluates financial performance to optimize profitability. Partners with Corporate Service Organization to ensure proper support and execution of divisional service plans. Partners with corporate team and internal group to find innovative downstream marketing solutions and tools to support the field sales team’s needs. Develops training tools to support the launch of new service and program offerings, partnering with both learning and design and sales training in deliverables. Work cross-functionally across business, product, operations, global regions, and other parts of the organization to develop and execute programs. Be the Voice of the Customer and advocate for their interests. This includes conducting primary user research to discover insights, market analysis to understand root causes, and translating insights into hypotheses that creatively bring the concepts to life. Required qualifications: 5 years of experience in product marketing, consulting, and/or capital sales. Experience creating impactful marketing plans, developing value propositions, positioning, and targeting. Experience building relationships with key customers and cross-functional partners. Analytical capabilities to evaluate data and develop financial models. Preferred qualifications: MBA or relevant Master's degree. Medical technology experience strongly preferred. Requisition ID:
