The Paralegal II - Antitrust is a key member of the Legal Professional team, responsible for supporting attorneys with legal tasks and projects, including preparing and submitting HSR premerger antitrust filings to the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice. Based in Washington, D.C., the role offers a hybrid work schedule. Key duties include coordinating projects, developing document tracking and quality control procedures, supporting attorneys during court or agency hearings, and drafting legal documents. This position also involves managing calendars for cases or transactions and safeguarding sensitive and confidential information.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program and have at least four years of law firm experience, including one year focused on HSR and antitrust filings. Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and document management systems is required, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
