We are accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant role, located in Des Moines, Iowa. This position is in a fast-paced environment where you'll be expected to demonstrate your skills such as answering inbound calls, customer service, data entry, email correspondence, and managing inbound and outbound calls. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring effective communication and customer service.
• Undertake data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond to email correspondences in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Manage customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to maintain records and carry out administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient time management and organization.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed.
