The Receptionist will be responsible for a range of tasks including answering a multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service, and managing data entry and email correspondence.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Deliver top-notch customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Manage data entry tasks with precision, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all data records.
• Maintain consistent and clear email correspondence, responding to all internal and external emails in a timely manner.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks and manage documentation.
• Organize files and documents to ensure easy accessibility and efficient retrieval of information.
• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring efficient time management and coordination between parties involved.
• Employ strong interpersonal skills in all interactions, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining detail oriented relationships.• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system to facilitate smooth communication
