HH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter on a contract basis. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, from intake discussions and advertising to shortlisting and offer extension. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging top talent, as well as strong relationship management skills to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, including application and interview form completion, negotiation for offers of employment, and background checks.
- Conduct briefing sessions with hiring managers and act as the point of contact and subject matter expert for the business function supported.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage all applicants at all stages of the process.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to provide a continuous flow of quality candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates to fill a high volume of job openings while maintaining quality of hire.
- Schedule interviews, facilitate consensus meetings to discuss interview results, and present offers to successful candidates.
- Partner with cross-functional business teams, HR partners, and other recruiting teams to minimize risk and execute flawlessly on the recruiting and hiring process.
- Maintain process efficiency and accuracy throughout the recruiting process.
- At least 1-3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume recruiting.
- Strong candidate and client management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Experience with recruiting strategies and the ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles or within a heavily regulated environment.
- Agency and corporate recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet time-to-fill goals.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: Up to $35 per hour
- Duration: Around 6 months to a year
