LHH partnered with a local company to recruit for a Recruiter in Roseville, CA.

Location: Roseville, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract or Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings.

• Leverage multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to source candidates.

• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, evaluating candidates’ qualifications and fit.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

• Oversee background checks and onboarding processes.

• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.

• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bilingual Spanish (preferred but not required).

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
