LHH partnered with a local company to recruit for a Recruiter in Roseville, CA.
Recruiter
Location: Roseville, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract or Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings.
Leverage multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to source candidates.
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, evaluating candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Oversee background checks and onboarding processes.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual Spanish (preferred but not required).
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
