We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Director to join our team in the Oil & Gas - Pipeline industry, located in Hesperia, California, United States. As a Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will handle various tasks from benefits administration to recruitment, payroll management, and handling HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process, playing an instrumental role in sourcing and hiring top talent

• Administer employee benefits, ensuring all staff understand and fully utilize their benefits packages

• Manage the HRIS payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing

• Handle regulatory filings in compliance with state and federal laws

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to create a productive and positive work environment

• Monitor and maintain accurate HRIS system records

• Supervise a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth

• Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring the company remains competitive in the job market.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas - Pipeline industry
• Proven experience in Benefits Administration
• Demonstrated knowledge in Compensation & Benefits
• Strong experience in Recruiting strategies and execution
• Proficiency in using HRIS Payroll System
• Familiarity with Regulatory Filings in the Oil & Gas sector
• Ability to develop, implement and manage Policies & Procedures
• Proficient in HRIS System management
