Summary Top Hedge Fund seeks an Executive Assistant to support a team of 6 busy executives. The job will require heavy calendar management and meeting coordination with internal employees and external partners. Responsibilities include coordinating extensive travel, processing expenses, and managing ad hoc projects. The Executive Assistant will attend team meetings, take notes, and create action items, as well as manage a complex conference calendar. Hours are 8:30 AM – 5 PM daily, with flexibility to stay late for projects that arise. This is a great company offering fully paid health benefits, free lunch daily, and an onsite gym. Qualifications Completed BA/BS degree required. Must have 5-7 years of Executive Assistant experience at a financial services company with a long tenured track record.
