Summary Boutique sized and growing financial services firm seeks an Executive Assistant to support the founder and a team of 7 busy investment professionals. Job will require heavy calendar management and meeting coordination with internal employees and external partners. Will coordinate extensive travel, expense processing and any ad hoc projects. Will attend meetings team meetings and manage complex conference calendar. Hours are 8:30 – 6pm daily with flexibility to stay late for projects that arise. Must have 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience at a financial services company or similarly paced environment. Must have strong Outlook Excel and PowerPoint skills. Must be organized and flexible to come in early or stay late as needed. Must be flexible with an upbeat, positive personality.
