Summary Top healthcare hedge fund is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of 3 senior level executives and their team of approximately 10. Will be a true right hand including calendar management, meeting coordination and gate keeping. Handle daily communication and correspondence, will liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients daily. Lots of travel arrangements and conference planning. Core hours are 8 – 4:30 with some in office overtime beyond that. Fully paid for health benefits and free lunch daily! Qualifications College degree required. 5 - 10+ years of relevant administrative experience, at a fast paced financial, biotech, pharma or similar firm. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be poised and polished, comfortable speaking and corresponding with high level executives internally and clients externally. Must be highly organized and attentive to detail. Must have experience handling confidential information and prior experience supporting busy executives. Must be flexible to work OT as needed.
