Summary Boutique fast-paced startup is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive and team members. Responsibilities include heavy complex calendar management, meeting logistics for investor meetings/conferences/industry events, coordinating domestic/international travel, and personal assistance as needed. Will also coordinate conference rooms, catering and prepare materials for meetings. Track, prepare and submit expenses, invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner. Must have 24/7 mentality, be fluid and be proactive, handle ad hoc projects as needed and work closely and under the supervision of the lead assistant. Role has remote flexibility.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-10 years of senior level support experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably financial services, biotech, or startup. Will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, have the ability to prioritize and pivot as needed. Must have strong technical skills, experience using Concur, Asana and/or Coupa a plus. Positive can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
