Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3 or Executive Assistant


Job Description


+ Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners.


+ Manages schedules, coordinates travel arrangements, and processes business expenses.


+ Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.


+ Manages procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.


+ Provides general office support and serves as the department/group contact.


+ Completes special projects as assigned.


+ The role involves calendaring, onboarding new hires, headcount management, travel/morale budget management, onsite team support, space management, event planning, and equipment ordering.


Hard Skills


+ Minimum 5 years experience with Outlook Calendaring


+ Minimum of 5 years of senior administrative or Executive Assistant experience


+ Minimum 4 years experience managing headcount and/or providing team support


+ Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook


+ Prior client experience required, ideally 2+ years but open to 18+ months

This is a contract position


Work Site


This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Redmond, Washington and some days remote.


Work Environment


Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week in assigned building. Standard schedule Monday - Friday, 40 hours with potential overtime.
