Job Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The job function is centered around the mortgage industry, where you will be directly interacting with customers to address various requests and inquiries.
Responsibilities
• Address various inbound customer requests and inquiries which may include assistance with our website, escrow, and processing payoffs.
• Actively engage with customers demonstrating positivity, courtesy, and helpfulness.
• Perform outbound collection activities primarily on accounts less than 30 days past due.
• Partner with the Originations department to offer and refer eligible homeowners for refinancing opportunities.
• Maintain an understanding of escalation paths for different types of calls and dynamically route them to the appropriate internal parties.
• Strive to meet performance expectations.
• Utilize our internal software platform and contribute to making system recommendations.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service is crucial for this role.
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge and skills related to Customer Service.
• Proven track record of delivering Superior Customer Service is required.
• Familiarity with Mortgage Documents is a significant advantage for this position.
• Experience with Mortgage Operations is highly desirable.
• Understanding of Mortgage Servicing is necessary for this role.
• A background in Mortgages is beneficial for successful performance in this position.
Bilingual Spanish/English required for this position
