Job Description
We are offering a contract to permanent hire employment opportunity for a Recruiter in Dallas, Texas. This role will be primarily remote, but will be in office occasionally and should reside in the DFW area. primarily involves recruiting top-tier candidates, supporting the development of recruitment goals, and ensuring a smooth and cohesive employee journey from recruitment to retention.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future openings through comprehensive sourcing strategies.
• Engage with management teams to understand staffing needs and regional demands.
• Support the establishment of annual recruitment goals in alignment with the company's broader Talent Management objectives.
• Follow recruitment protocols including job vacancy posting, initial interviews, resume screening, and managing communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Track and assess recruitment effectiveness through key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, cost-per-recruitment, candidate sources, and candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to facilitate a seamless employee journey from recruitment to retention.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws during interactions with candidates and employees.
• Assist in the development of national employer branding, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to build relationships and attract talent.
• Refine recruitment approaches in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Demonstrated use of Careerbuilder for talent acquisition purposes• Proficiency in About Time software for effective time management
• Familiarity with Applicant Track System to manage candidate information
• Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks on potential hires
• Exceptional Communication skills in both written and verbal formats
• Involvement in Corporate Recruiting, with a focus on sourcing high-level employees
• Knowledge of Executive Recruiting methods, particularly for C-suite positions
• Proficiency in Candidate Selection based on thorough assessment and analysis
• Skills in Screening Candidates to ensure fit with company culture and job requirements
• Ability to Source Candidates using various platforms and methods
• Involvement in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including policy development and enforcement
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management System for efficient HR operations
• Demonstrated involvement in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding
• Ability to conduct thorough Talent Assessments to identify potential and areas for development
• Involvement in Talent Development, including training and career progression planning
• Proven ability to build a rich Talent Pipeline to ensure a continuous supply of candidates
• Proficiency in Talent Management, including retention strategies and succession planning
• Involvement in building and maintaining a diverse Talent Pool
• Proficiency in Talent Sourcing using various platforms and methods
• Involvement in Talent Planning to align with company's strategic objectives
