This dynamic role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of executive personal assistant experience and must be based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Maintain and prioritize a complex calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events across multiple companies.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee and track projects, ensure deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed accurately.
  • Task Management: Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and handle day-to-day responsibilities with minimal direction.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, professionally managing emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and execute detailed travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research, prepare reports, and compile information to support business decisions.
  • Personal Support: Handle personal errands, schedule personal appointments, and assist with household management tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting high-level executives or entrepreneurs.
