Subject Matter Expert
(Remote) preferred candidates who live on the East coast or West Coast
Duties / Responsibilities:
Review and maintain the Shared Service Operating Model materials for customer engagement and support service processes (e.g., concept of operations, Responsible Accountable Consulted and Informed (RACI) task / responsibility charts and processes flows). Coordinate customer engagement, project management planning, and information collection. Develop and maintain customer engagement and support service project management documents for the ETSNext initiative (e.g., task plans, integrated schedules, tracking logs, status reports). Develop templates for program documents, stakeholder comment tracking/resolution. Provide comment responses as applicable. Collaborate on draft work products that require customer engagement planning input and expertise. Establish version control and quality control processes for review and approval stages of program documents. Facilitate the integrated team task and program reviews, update tracking tools. Develop related customer engagement and support service project / operations communications material to garner leadership and stakeholder alignment and endorsement. Identify and communicate concerns, risks, and issues with completing objectives, milestones, and program performance measures. Develop mitigation strategies in coordination with the ETSNext integrated leadership team. Review vendor deliverables that relate to customer engagement, governance, customer support and training, and change request proposals/responses Create and maintain shared service governance framework and governance planning documentation. Create and maintain management tools to support governance processes and activities (e.g., charters, meeting management processes, schedules, etc.). Gather and incorporate stakeholder and subject matter expert input, customer feedback data, customer support data, etc. Facilitate governance meetings and decision-making sessions and related documentation support (e.g., agendas, presentations, meeting minutes). Provide supporting analyses for T&E business standards updates and revisions. Define and document processes and activities to assess policy and standards compliance among our policy partners (e.g., OGP, Treasury, GSA IT / CISO). Provide subject matter expert support to coordinate and/or perform policy and standard compliance reviews. Coordinate requests for policy and standards clarification, working with Government personnel. Consolidate stakeholder concerns and viewpoints and publish documents upon approval by the ETSNext Program Director or designee to appropriate distribution channels. Minimum Requirements:
U.S. Citizen. Pass pre-employment background investigation, including credit check and drug test. Pass Federal government background check to obtain a Secret Clearance. Active Public Trust clearance: or the ability to obtain and maintain one. Bachelor's Degree. Seven (7) years' experience in business development, re-engineering, or management. Demonstrated proficiency in Google Applications, MSOffice, or Smartsheet applications. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data and information. Preferred Requirements:
Education beyond high school strongly preferred. Master's Degree. Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
