Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
In this position you will be responsible for providing a wide range of microcomputer support to 1000+ department customers. Installs, maintains and manages all department microcomputer hardware and software. This is an entry level IT position responsible for providing troubleshooting and problem resolution for microcomputer and network hardware and software issues. The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to solve problems that others cannot.
This position will: Use Microsoft Office daily Document situations and solutions Maintains ticket management for Department of Revenue Mission and Culture
The Department of Revenue, Administrative Services Division, contributes to the Department's mission by providing efficient and effective administrative services in support of the Department's programs. The Microcomputer Network Technician 1 provides technical support and customer service across the Department's primary divisions.

Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoots, diagnoses, analyzes, and identifies system malfunctions to determine the source and cause of the problem. Equivalent to those typically gained by:
