We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for Clerical Administrative Assistant in the Downtown area. Operating within our team, your role will be crucial in handling administrative responsibilities, maintaining precise customer records, and ensuring efficient processing of filing needs.


Responsibilities:


• Organize and manage customer applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Undertake clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.

• Perform receptionist duties when needed, including answering phones and directing calls.

• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying and faxing documents
• Experience in front desk duties including handling phone calls and welcoming visitors
• Ability to organize and schedule appointments efficiently
• Solid understanding of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
