We are in need of an Accounting Analyst to join a team located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As an Accounting Analyst, you will focus on a blend of operations, invoicing, and analytical tasks while utilizing your excellent communication skills. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize analysis techniques and tools to understand accounting functions.

• Handle account analysis to ensure accurate invoicing.

• Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Undertake ad hoc analysis of accounting datasets.

• Analyze trends and variances in billing functions.

• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial accuracy.

• Use analytical skills to document analysis findings.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on your analysis.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
