Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate mail distribution, incoming packages, and outgoing mail.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating office activities.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders and restocking as needed.
- Provide support to other departments as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
