Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide exceptional service to clients, visitors, and team members. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and presentable.
  • Coordinate mail distribution, incoming packages, and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating office activities.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders and restocking as needed.
  • Provide support to other departments as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
