Description of Work
The Human Services Program Consultant III (or Program Specialist for Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRP) ensures that community rehabilitation program services are available in appropriate quantity and quality for clients of the Division throughout the state. The Human Services Program Consultant III provides guidance and interpretation of federal guidelines and state policy to agency staff, CRP staff, consumers, advocacy groups, associations and other agencies.
The Human Services Program Consultant III serves an integral role in the maintenance of the current case management system and development of future systems. This position also serves as the Division's Wage and Hour consultant.

- Considerable knowledge of EIPD policy related to community rehabilitation program services.
- Considerable knowledge of the ENCORE Case Management System.
- Experience in partnering with community rehabilitation program services.
Management Preferences:
- Must have experience in leading a group of individuals toward common goal.
- Must demonstrate organizational skills and methodology for managing a large amount of information.
- Prefer at least three years of experience with community rehabilitation programs.
