• Provide efficient and accurate support to the sales department

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage customer data and correspondence

• Maintain effective communication through email correspondence

• Ensure the organization and accuracy of customer credit records

• Use your analytical skills to compile and analyze customer data

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various tasks

• Manage your time effectively to complete all tasks and responsibilities.

• Proficiency in data entry, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to create and manage spreadsheets efficiently.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling email correspondence.

• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, able to create clear and impactful presentations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
