Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on matters of employment law

• Conduct thorough investigations related to employment law issues

• Develop and update employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance

• Deliver training sessions to employees and management on employment law matters

• Utilize your knowledge of Administrative Law to provide comprehensive legal advice

• Handle all communication professionally, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills

• Ensure all legal practices are in alignment with California law

• Maintain a high standard of work, meeting the annual billable requirement.

• Proficiency in Employment Law is required to effectively execute job responsibilities.

• Must possess the ability to provide sound Legal Advice on various employment matters to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Experience in creating and revising Employee Handbooks to reflect current employment practices and laws.

• Ability to Conduct Investigations into allegations of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and other employment-related issues.

• Expertise in Administrative Law is necessary to handle legal issues related to government agencies and their administration.
