As a Receptionist, your primary role will be to provide top-notch customer service, handle a multi-line phone system, manage data entry tasks, and conduct email correspondence while maintaining organization of files and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, patients and staff
• Operate a multi-line phone system, redirecting calls to appropriate departments or personnel
• Manage data entry tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Conduct detail oriented email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook for various administrative tasks
• Organize and maintain files for easy accessibility and retrieval
• Schedule appointments ensuring efficient use of resources and personnel
• Use interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with team members and patients.• Entry-level position, open to candidates with 0+ years of experience
• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems required
• Strong customer service skills necessary

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff
