Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are directed promptly and correctly.
• Offer stellar customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, ensuring all customer records are kept up-to-date and organized.
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Utilize QuickBooks for time entry and billing procedures, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Schedule appointments for clients and staff, ensuring the smooth running of the office schedule.
• Welcome clients and vendors who visit the office, providing a friendly and detail-oriented first impression.
• Stay familiar with legal terminology to enhance communication and understanding.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage and organize files and tasks.• Proficient in answering a multi-line phone system
• Exceptional customer service skills
