Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO/CBO - Biotech

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, CFO/CBO, and senior teams, handling confidential information.
  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate domestic/international travel, and handle expense reports.
  • Organize corporate meetings, including Board of Directors meetings and off-site events, ensuring all logistics and budgets are handled.
  • Lead special projects, conduct research, and prepare reports for the CFO/CBO.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and contacts to improve office efficiency.
  • Serve as a point of contact for events and guests.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven discretion with confidential information.
  • Strong experience with office technology (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Brex).
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of executive support experience, including 5 years supporting C-level executives.
  • Experience in IR or biotech business development is preferred.
