Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO/CBO - Biotech
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, CFO/CBO, and senior teams, handling confidential information.
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate domestic/international travel, and handle expense reports.
- Organize corporate meetings, including Board of Directors meetings and off-site events, ensuring all logistics and budgets are handled.
- Lead special projects, conduct research, and prepare reports for the CFO/CBO.
- Maintain organized files, records, and contacts to improve office efficiency.
- Serve as a point of contact for events and guests.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven discretion with confidential information.
- Strong experience with office technology (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Brex).
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of executive support experience, including 5 years supporting C-level executives.
- Experience in IR or biotech business development is preferred.
