We are currently hiring and Executive Assistant to directly assist the CEO as well as other members of the executive team.

Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. 

 

  • Maintains calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Handle emails and slack messages as requested
  • Follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Create reports, presentations, memo/communications and/or type up meeting notes.
  • Able to manage a variety of special projects at the same time for the CEO with great planning and follow through
  • Able to carry out a variety of both business and personal errands on behalf of the CEO
  • Prioritizes assigned projects; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Shows strong initiative and proactiveness on getting things done and comfortable frequently speaking on the phone or in video-calls with various members of the team and vendors
  • Can work well independently on complex projects with minimal direction and enjoys solving problems


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in various tools such as Figma, Jira, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
