The Front Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations of the front desk. Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Support:
- Manage appointment schedules, calendars, and meeting room bookings.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Customer Interaction:
- Address inquiries, provide information about the organization, and resolve basic client concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Office Management:
