We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of production from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that production timelines are met, resources are effectively allocated, and quality standards are maintained.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Packet Preparation: Compile and organize detailed job packets, including production schedules, specifications, and required documentation.
  • Schedule Coordination: Work closely with manufacturing teams to establish and maintain production timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering job details, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on progress.
  • Resource Allocation: Collaborate with production managers to ensure proper allocation of materials, labor, and equipment for each project.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve production challenges or delays, escalating issues as needed to maintain project timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure work meets client expectations and company standards.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of production schedules, changes, and client communications.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, including design, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service, to streamline operations.



Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 2-5 years of experience in production coordination, project management, or manufacturing operations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, teams, and departments.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing job packets, tracking production progress, and maintaining documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify production issues and work with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with production scheduling software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with various departments, including design, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Operations: Experience in job shop operations or logistics coordination is a plus.
