Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and maintain files, records, and other documents.
- Assist with data entry and maintain office databases.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.
- Provide general office support, including handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including setting up meeting rooms and arranging necessary materials.
- Maintain and update calendars, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Support staff with various administrative tasks as required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
