Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist with office inventory management, ordering office supplies, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Support payroll, HR, and accounting tasks, such as timesheet tracking and invoice processing.
- Coordinate and assist with various office events and staff activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
