Provide mentorship and support to junior attorneys and staff. Requirements: Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and/or development. Strong background in real estate transactions or a relevant non-real estate transactional background. Commitment to professional growth, mentorship, and a positive work environment. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the California State Bar. Skills: Expertise in real estate law and transactions. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
