The
Director, Organizational Effectiveness (OE)
will provide transformation, process optimization, and organizational development expertise to senior leaders. Recognized as an expert in organizational transformation, you will partner with business and HR leaders to support the successful implementation of our operating model through the acceleration of process optimization.
This role has the potential to work virtually and can be filled near any BC office, preference of Denver, CO.
Responsibilities:
Drive Transformational Change : Partner with group, region, and functional leaders to align the talent strategy with the business's strategic objectives and annual goals, ensuring impactful and sustainable change. Shape the Future : Conduct organizational design and team effectiveness assessments and diagnostics to address short, mid, and long-term future needs, ensuring the organization is well-prepared for growth and success. Leadership Development : Define and deploy innovative solutions to address leader development needs, supporting BC's vision, aspirational goals, leadership attributes, and values. Build HR Excellence : Develop HR functional excellence by upskilling and enhancing the capabilities of the HR function, ensuring a high-performing and future-ready team. Organizational Assessment : Conduct comprehensive assessments of current organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify opportunities for improvement. Organizational Design : Design and facilitate team workshops intended to clarify roles, interactions, RACI, and processes; to pressure test and provide clarity on how the key processes work in practice. Provide business process expertise and input into organizational design work. Organizational Development : Support the talent needs of the organization by leading with a consultative approach for the executive leadership team and partnering with their HR partners to help create specific org designs and strategies to help drive successful goal achievement. Change Management : Apply effective change management and collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and adoption of the new ways of working. Lead Enterprise (ePO) change management initiatives/projects to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new structures, systems, and processes. Provide mentoring and guidance to internal change advocates. Collaboration : Support the talent needs of the organization by leading with a consultative approach for the executive leadership team, area leadership teams, and partnering with our Strategic People Directors and HR Business Partners to understand business strategy and translate into clear recommendations for change initiatives across the organization design cycle. Performance Metrics and Evaluation : Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of organizational design changes and drive continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement : Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational design and apply this knowledge to drive ongoing enhancements. Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required; master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational design, change management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Internal or external OD consulting experience preferred. Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive organizational change at all levels. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective organizational design solutions. Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate complex concepts. Expertise in managing and facilitating change within an organization, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new structures and processes. Advanced project management skills, with the ability to manage large-scale transformation initiatives. Salary Range:
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
