The Role

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Experience in the Real Estate Development, Management, Rental, Leasing and Sales industry
- Strategic Sourcing: Leverage creative sourcing methods to attract high-caliber candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored hiring strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Brand Champion: Represent Uptown Rental Properties as an employer of choice, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional recruiting experience (in-house or agency); industry-specific experience is a plus.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to create meaningful connections with candidates and stakeholders.
