Job Summary:
An internship with our Human Resources team, work experience to current degree-seeking students or recent graduates (within 6 months) to gain exposure to the Human resources function. The program benefits both the intern by gaining supervised practical training and the company specific work goals accomplished.
Goals For Internships:
• Provide firsthand experience in Human resources
• Aid in professional development and career growth
• Encourage networking and collaboration between interns and experienced employees
• Develop familiarity with tools and processes HR navigates through regularly
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Assists HRBPs in daily functions
2. Supports OD/Benefits teams with tasks and special projects
3. Runs a project and presents findings back to the greater HR team prior to internship completion
Education/Experience:
Required:
• Earned or seeking degree in Human Resources or similar field
Equipment Operation:
• N/A
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift more than 10 lbs.
