What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, experience in textile or pillow manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with manufacturing management software.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.

What Your Role Will Look Like:

As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pillow manufacturing line. Your leadership will ensure the efficient and effective production of goods, adherence to safety standards, and the motivation and development of your team. This role requires a hands-on approach, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Oversee the production process, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and meet production deadlines.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and productivity.
  • Monitor production operations for efficiency and safety, making necessary adjustments or improvements.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Quality Control, Maintenance) to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety and health guidelines, promoting a safe work environment.
  • Participate in the development and execution of production plans and schedules.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate supply.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement by leading initiatives to enhance production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
