• Handling telephone inquiries and operating the console switchboard.
• Sending and receiving packages through courier services.
• Keeping an accurate visitor log, call record, and providing security badges.
• Managing the schedule and equipment of the boardroom.
• Conducting clerical functions such as typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
• Utilizing computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various tasks.
• Ensuring confidentiality and organization of information.
• Delivering customer service and exercising strong interpersonal skills.
• Working independently and efficiently managing one's time.• Demonstrable experience in Customer Service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in answering inbound calls
