Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze detailed estimates for structural steel projects based on blueprints and specifications. Utilize Tekla software for modeling and detailing purposes to enhance estimation accuracy. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids. Review project scope and identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings. Maintain a database of pricing information and assist in updating cost estimation guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in estimating structural steel projects. Proficiency in Tekla software for structural modeling and detailing. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
