Maintenance Supervisor

Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $58,240-$83,200 per year depending upon experience. Interested? Read below for more information What you’ll do as a Maintenance Supervisor: Oversee daily work and planning for department employees Hire, train, and supervise employees Conduct employee performance reviews and address discipline as needed Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans Set priorities, schedule jobs, and oversee work to ensure tasks are completed on time Manage the department budget and generate purchase orders for supplies and equipment Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates and address issues Maintain a safe work environment by following company and government safety rules Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed What you need to be a Maintenance Supervisor: 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience (injection molding experience is 100% required) Leadership, organizational, and computer skills required Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like stooping, kneeling, and crouching Good hand-eye coordination and vision (corrected if necessary) Comfortable with exposure to mechanical parts, moderate noise, and odors - safety gear (glasses and ear protection) is required NewCareerByDoherty This position offers a wide verity of benefits to include 401k, PTO, Medical, dental and vision Join an industry-leading team Click APPLY NOW to complete our mobile-friendly, online application.
