Duties and Responsibilities
Along with HR team members, this is a hands-on role providing a high level of service to company leaders and employees regarding: Recruiting/Staffing Compensation and Benefits HR Analytics and Reporting Compliance and Policies Employee Engagement, Training and Communications Employee Relations and Performance Management Employee Safety and Health Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field At least 10 years as an HR Generalist At least 2 years of prior management experience Highly Desired but Not Required
SHRM or HRCI accreditation Spanish speaking Knowledge of Paylocity Woodbury Corporation is one of the Intermountain West’s largest and most respected commercial real estate development and hospitality companies.
